Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain inaccurate information.

4. Subscription and Payments

Billing

Some aspects of the Service are provided on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). Billing cycles are set on the date you initially subscribe.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes your agreement to the new pricing.

6. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bharat Funnels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bharat Funnels, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
